Yoga Classes
Term 1 2026 Wed 4 February - Thu 2 April
BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES
Mudita Clinic is an intimate space, places are limited. Unfortunately, I cannot facilitate
casual bookings or walk-ins. Attendance is by advanced booking only, with commitment to the term. This will enable you to develop and progress, allowing you to experience the physical and mental benefits of your practice.
Late term enrolments are welcome.

A term is typically between 9 and 11 weeks long, however, if you have dates you know you can't attend it is possible to exclude them from your booking, subject to numbers. Please be in touch to discus.
If you are new to my classes, you can arrange a casual trial before committing to the term.

If you have any injuries or health concerns, please contact me in advance to discuss.
Cost: See individual class information for cost and duration.
What You Need to Know...

Bare feet are safest to avoid slipping. All equipment is provided.

ARRIVE EARLY
Classes commence at the published time.
If possible, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up and get settled.

HEALTH, INJURY & MENSTURATION
A yoga practice must always accommodate our health on any given day. Asana (poses) can and should be modified to ensure a safe practice that supports wellbeing, whatever our circumstances are. Please be sure to notify me before class if you are menstruating or are working with a particular health condition or injury.
